Privacy policy
Last updated October 29, 2026
The short version
- This site has no accounts or forms. We set no cookies of our own, and we don’t add analytics, ads or tracking. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie, described under “Cookies” below.
- We don’t sell your personal information or use it for advertising.
- Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, handles basic connection details, such as your IP address, to deliver the site and keep it secure. We don’t use them to identify you.
- If you email us, we use your message to reply, and we delete it about two years after we receive it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer or we need it to resolve a dispute.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by writing to support@kelldor.com.
Who we are
Kelldor™ is a leather goods brand owned and operated by RYP Global LLC. RYP Global LLC runs kelldor.com and is responsible for the personal information this policy describes. When this policy says “we” or “us”, it means RYP Global LLC.
You can reach us at support@kelldor.com.
What this policy covers
This policy covers only this website, kelldor.com, and the emails you send to support@kelldor.com. It doesn’t cover other websites or services, and your own email provider handles your message under its own policy. If we add new features to this site or new ways to reach us, we will update this policy before they collect any information.
Information we collect
When you visit the site
Like every website, this one receives technical information that your browser sends automatically: your IP address, your browser and device type, the page you asked for, the website that linked you here (if your browser shares it), and the time of your visit.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes this information to deliver the site, protect it from attacks and abuse, and keep it running. Cloudflare also uses some of it for its own security services across its network, as Cloudflare’s own privacy policy explains.
Cloudflare’s dashboard shows us summaries of the site’s traffic, such as how many visits it had and from which countries, and a sample of individual requests from about the last month, which can include IP addresses. We look at these only to keep the site working and secure, or when the law requires us to. We don’t download or keep copies unless the law requires it, and we don’t use them to identify you or combine them with any other information.
When you email us
We receive your email address, the name your email shows, your message, anything you attach, and the technical details that travel with every email, such as when it was sent. We use it to answer you and follow up on your question, and we keep it so we can refer back to it if you write again. We may also use it to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute.
What we don’t collect
This site has no accounts, sign-up forms or comment boxes. It doesn’t use analytics tools, advertising, social media plugins or tracking pixels, and it loads no fonts, scripts or images from other companies. What we can see in Cloudflare’s dashboard is described above.
Cookies
kelldor.com doesn’t set any cookies of its own, and it doesn’t use advertising or analytics cookies. Like any website, your browser may keep a copy of the pages to load them faster, and a note to always use the site’s secure (HTTPS) version.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people apart from automated traffic: for example, cf_clearance after your browser passes a security check, or __cf_bm when bot protection is switched on. They are short-lived. They aren’t used for advertising, and they don’t follow you to other sites.
How we use information, and why
- To deliver the site and keep it secure.
- To answer the messages you send us.
- To meet our legal obligations, and to protect our rights and the safety of others.
If European or UK data protection law applies to how we handle your information, we rely on our legitimate interests: running a secure website, answering the people who write to us, protecting our rights and the safety of others, and, if our business is sold or reorganized, passing it on. Where the law requires us to keep or share information, we rely on that legal obligation.
Who handles your information
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts and delivers the site and protects it from attacks.
- Proton AG provides the email service for support@kelldor.com and stores email in Switzerland, Germany or Norway.
These companies handle information for us so the site and the inbox can work. We don’t pass your information to anyone else, except when the law requires it, to protect someone’s safety or our legal rights, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
We don’t sell or share personal information, as those words are defined by California law, and we don’t use it for targeted advertising.
How long we keep it
- Emails you send us: deleted about two years after we receive them, along with our replies and any copies on our own devices. Our email service deletes received messages automatically, and Proton’s backups can hold a deleted message for up to 30 days more. We keep a message longer only if the law requires it or we need it to resolve a dispute.
- Connection details: we don’t keep a copy unless the law requires it. Cloudflare keeps them for a limited time under its own policies, and the samples it shows us, which can include IP addresses, cover about the last month.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, or delete it. If the law requires us to keep something, or we need it to resolve a dispute, we’ll tell you.
If European or UK data protection law applies to how we handle your information, you can also object to or ask us to limit how we use it, and you can complain to your local data protection authority.
If you live in a US state with a privacy law, such as California, you have the rights that law gives you, and we will never treat you differently for using them.
To make a request, email support@kelldor.com from the address the request is about. We may ask you to confirm that it’s you. We answer within 30 days, and if we need longer, we will tell you why.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
We don’t track visitors across websites, and we don’t sell personal information, share it for cross-site advertising, or use it for advertising at all, so these browser signals have nothing to switch off here. If your browser sends them, the site works the same.
Children
This site isn’t meant for children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has written to us, email support@kelldor.com and we will delete the message.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and browsers that have visited it once will use only the encrypted version for a year. We collect as little as we can, because information we don’t have can’t be exposed. No way of sending or storing information is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold. Most email isn’t end-to-end encrypted on its way to us, so please don’t send passwords or other sensitive details.
Information across borders
Cloudflare runs servers around the world, including in the United States, and Proton stores email in Switzerland, Germany or Norway, so your information may be handled outside the country where you live. Where European or UK law requires it, Cloudflare and Proton protect the transfers they make with recognized safeguards, such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Changes apply from that date.
